Reviews and Ratings
The hotel's rooms were very much below my expectations and mediocre overall, needing a major facelift. On the bright side, paying extra for a suite was worth it as it was very spacious and even had a massage chair, perfect for our family of four. The bedding setup was extremely comfortable for my 10-year-old twins.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms, despite being quite well-equipped, had some issues like a strong smell of dust that led to a cough. However, the amenities provided were satisfactory. The service was polite but lacked a touch of professionalism. The location near the Taj Mahal was impressive, but there were some minor hiccups in certain aspects. The dining experience had its highs and lows with good spread but chaotic organization.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of highlights and some areas that need improvement. The rooms were spacious, offering a comfortable and elegant experience, but they could benefit from a more luxurious touch. The service was overall helpful, with a few hiccups like missing amenities. The location was excellent, providing a peaceful retreat close to major attractions, markets, and highways. The dining experience was generally delightful, with delicious offerings, and there were great facilities to enjoy on-site.
My stay at the hotel was truly unforgettable. The room was large, comfortable, and very well-serviced, just like I had requested as I stayed in the same room during my last visit. The exclusive spa facility was a fantastic experience, especially thanks to Satyaveer Singh's friendly and engaging approach. However, a little renovation is needed.
The hotel rooms were nice, clean, and comfortable, but a bit cluttered and the bathroom could have been cleaner. The staff was polite but not overly friendly, and the unexpected Wi-Fi charge was a surprise in a 5-star hotel. The location was conveniently close to main attractions but noise was an issue at night. The dining was average with good value. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement.
Our stay at the hotel was just incredible! The rooms were perfect for our family of four with a beautiful bay window and bedding setup that was extremely comfortable for our 10-year-old twins. The suite we stayed in was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, exactly what we expected when we booked. The hotel gave us all kinds of amenities, including a free breakfast buffet, complimentary drinks in the lounge, access to a quieter pool by the spa area, and a private lounge area.
Upon arrival, the hotel welcomed me with spacious and well-maintained rooms, though there was a slight damp smell upon opening the door. The service was outstanding, with staff going out of their way to cater to specific dietary needs. The hotel's location near major attractions like the Taj Mahal was pristine and well-maintained. While the dining options were varied, they fell short of expectations compared to other 5-star establishments.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic. The rooms were spacious and luxurious, thanks to the excellent housekeeping by Rambiresh. The breakfast buffet was superb with a variety of options. However, the dining experience could be improved slightly. The service was top-notch, and the location was great with convenient access to nearby attractions.
I had requested a higher-quality room as I had stayed in the same room during my last visit. The room was nice, clean, and comfortable, but being placed at the back of the hotel did not meet my husband's expectations. Nonetheless, it's a good hotel.
